| Job Description | Conducts daily walk about and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activities: 1.1 Administration of Store Readiness Score Card; 1.2 Stocks monitoring in the buffer area and ensures availability of stocks; 1.3 Visual display and proper shelf tag labeling; 1.4 Sales performance and customer service; 1.5 Inventory management; Coordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordingly; Supervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the team, this includes; 3.1 attendance monitoring and scheduling; 3.2 motivation, coaching, counseling and discipline; 3.3 conduct of performance evaluation, discuss results and provides recommendation/feedback; 3.4 dissemination of new company rules, policies and procedure and ensure full adherence of the subordinates; 3.5 ensure adherence of subordinates to always abide to cleanliness, security and safety protocol at all times; 3.6 Communicate individual sales target Prepares daily or periodic report such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM; Performs other relevant tasks as maybe assigned from time to time such as assisting the store in the delivery of goods as maybe requested by the SOM |
| Job Qualifications | Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses
At least 2 years of Supervisory working experience specializing in Sales/Retail |
